COVID-19 Testing and Treatment

Early detection and treatment intervention for COVID-19 is vital because oral medications must be taken within 5 days of the onset of symptoms to be effective. WellNow can help you get tested, examined by a provider, and prescribed treatment for COVID-19, if recommended, all in one visit.

We offer "COVID-19 Test and Treat" 7-days a week, with walk-ins welcome at every WellNow location.

  • Asymptomatic patients and those who need testing due to exposure, for travel purposes, return to work, return to school, or pre-surgical requirements, can receive a PCR test with results available online within 48-72 hours.

  • Symptomatic patients can receive a rapid antigen test with results in 15 minutes at all our locations.

    • If the test result is negative, you have an option to take a confirmatory COVID-19 PCR test with results available online within 48-72 hours.

    • If your test is positive, no additional COVID-19 testing is needed. If medically eligible, you may be prescribed Paxlovid – a COVID-19 antiviral medication that has been shown to lower the risk of serious illness.

  • At this time, WellNow does not offer the COVID-19 vaccine.
